Project description

PRIBINOVA RIVERFRONT

Eurovea ITC is a new riverfront district in Bratislava, Slovakia. The complex is located in the heart of the city, on the edge of the historical town centre. The project connects  and completes  the city of Bratislava to the River Danube.

The scheme provides  a vibrant, new, mixed-use urban district of  high quality architecture and public spaces, connects to and unifies the immediate environment. With a new public square at its centre, incorporating the Slovakian National Theatre, Eurovea acts as an extension of the historic heart of the City with its carefully restored Habsburg style architecture and vibrant café culture.  Phase 1 of the development results in approximately 250,000 m2 of retail, leisure, entertainment, office, hotel, underground car park and residential space as well as an innovative riverfront park, pedestrian friendly streets and a major new public square. For all those reasons Eurovea is destined to become a  new commercial heart of the City.

Eurovea is easily accessible by public and private transport and is within pedestrian reach of most major destinations in the area, including: private and public administration/offices, universities, historic landmarks, museums, hotels, shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, an opera, theatres, residential development, etc.

PRIBINA GALLERIA

Pribina Galleria, the retail component of the development which is conceptually designed like a multi-level high street, became the country's first super-regional shopping destination and will feature a line-up of international anchor stores.

With nearly 60,000m2. of integrated retail, leisure and entertainment space, Pribina Galleria is the retail gravity point of Bratislava- city's prime retail pitch. Pribina Galleria features the country's largest concentration of leisure, entertainment and gastronomy uses, all situated around the newly created square and the Danube riverfront. The nearly 30,000 m2. National Theatre, planned for completion, will bring the total retail, leisure, entertainment and cultural offering up to 90,000 m2.

OFFICES

With over 110,000m2 of office space, of which 23,000m2 in Phase 1, Eurovea provides unlimited possibilities for companies looking to establish corporate headquarters in Central Europe. The artistic quality of design, cutting edge construction techniques combine to create a perfec,t modern office environment.

CENTRAL SQUARE

Focused on the National Theatre building, a new public square forms the centre piece of Galleria Pribinova and acts as a venue for leisure, culture, concerts, public art, and fashion events.

RIVERSIDE EUROVEA

Merging on to the Central Square, the Riverfront Park at Eurovea enhances the square by creating a sense of arrival for the numerous tourist boats and hydrofoil ferries from Budapest and Vienna. Cafes, restaurants and bars are located along its entire length together with entertainment space, playgrounds, native plant gardens and public art areas.

LEISURE EUROVEA

The tourist industry is rapidly expanding in Bratislava, yet there remains an under-supply of international standard hotel rooms in the city. Leisure and tourist facilities in phase one of the development include a 4 star hotel, casino, and multiplex cinema, all strategically located adjacent to the Central Square.

RIVER PLACE

River Place is located on the bank  of the River Danube, with immediate access to the heart of historic centre of Bratislava. The luxury apartments at River Place Eurovea are the most desirable residential address in Slovakia.  River Place offers approximately 250 of top-of-the-range luxurious apartments built to the highest Western standards in Central Europe. All apartments  are appointed south facing and shall include large balconies and/or terraces. The prestigious lobbies, generous floor-to-ceiling height, floor-to-ceiling windows and the wide service and amenity offerings set new standards of urban living in Bratislava.
